try a Depth pushups. get plates next to you and your bench. Put your feet on the bench and hands on the floor. push up hard and lift your hands off the floor like your doing a clap push up but instead of clapping, you can clap if it makes you happy
, put your hands on the plates and do a deep push up, then do a push up and go back down. The second pushup will give you a wider hand spread and force you to go down a little deeper.

do a push up as hard as you can so to lift yourself off the grownd and swing your arms and clap behind you and back down before you face plant on the ground. Try these with a pillow by your head first and then when your more confident, go for it.
