Default 5X5 question

Started lifting about 7 weeks ago. The only equipment I have are dumb bells and a $200 Triumph cable machine (for the time being).
If I wanted to get into the 5X5 routine, and work on say for instance biceps, is it just one exercise of 5X5 (curls) or can you do more?
An example: seated dumb bell curls 5X5 and then hammer curls 5X5 and then cable machine 5X5. Or is it more beneficial to just do one routine?
