When you talk about density relating to shorter rest periods. Are you talking about resting neural tone in your muscles? So what I get out of this is shorter rest periods = more toned. But I completely understand longer rest periods for compounds movements only makes sense. Guess were talking about supplemental exercies for shorter rest periods here.
