Default abs

anyone want to give me a way to really get a cut sixpack i've toyed with numerous things, and it still stays "flabby" i have a really strong core and do wuite a bit of cardio...idk wut the problem is...i've even gone to the length of doing 300-400 crunches and other wrkouts a day, is that maybe too much wrk on them?

100% diet...Nothing else matters. You could have a killer six pack lying underneath your flab. Work on getting sub-8% bodyfat and you'll have those dinner rolls showing.

Word! I have washboard abs, and I protect them with a nice layer of flabby matter. This way nothing happens to them.

Seriously, tho', it is much ado about diet. A million crunches and leg raises won't do a thing unless you get rid of the gut. And the way to lose the gut is caloric deficit.
