Default Anyone use - Positive Resistance Bands / Woody Bands

Does anyone here use bands in their workout? I was looking into buying a set.

They also sell them at apt
http://www.prowriststraps.com/bands_...t_lifting_band
but a bit more expensive.

There is a good writeup by Iron Addict... http://animalkits.haha.be/phpBB7/viewtopic.php?t=12028

For $150 for the master package looks decent.

Has anyone here used them.

OK, these are other things I want.
Heavy grips.
http://www.ironwoodyfitness.com/Hand...and_grips.html

Heavy duty texas, ivanko, or camber bar.

Trap or shrug bar.

nice bar clips, man do I hate those spring butterfly clamps.

A sled, then I can train my pit to pull also.

A good pair of gand grips/hooks, but if I get the heavy grips, I should be good to go ...

Id also like some workout DVD's., like
maybe some nutritional ones, or max-ot, or westside training... I would probably not watch them because I just watch music DVD's while training.

Oh, and Im going to make a squat box this weekend, actually a couple. I will end up making stackable, so the different heights nest on each other for storage. An adjustable box would be sweet.

But Im dreaming now, cause Im broke. But my bday is coming.

i dont have much experience with those resistance bands but the little experience that i did have with them i wasnt too happy with them...maybe because it wasnt enough resistance, but then again i tend to always favor free weight over machines. as for those hand grip things, someone once told me that they caused arthritis but then again people say that about everything these days lol
