What does your flexibility routine look like hardgain? Have you ever had anyone assess your posture?

Do you know of a reputable ART therapist in your area? Somebody who can assess you and determine the ROOT cause and help you fix it. Not somone who just treats the symptons.

You probably have some damage/scar tissue in the shoulder area that needs to be cleaned up...
Yeah I will be looking for a specialist in my area today. I want to find someone that does grafston(sp?) massage, its worked wonders for my mother. I think i'm gonna hit up the acupuncturist next week too, i havent had a treatment in a while and that should help also.

The only problem is my shitty insurance doesnt cover anything like this. I would have to go to a regular doctor, then get refered to a specialist, then have another MRI done (the last two came up negative). And All that bullshit is just gonna piss me off more.

For a small update, since i've stopped benching and pull ups, my shoulder hurts about 10 times less then before. It still cracks and pops, and when i throw certain hand combo's it hurts, but atleast it doesnt ache in the morning anymore.
