Default advice ?

I am current athlete....I'm looking to put on 10-15 pounds of lean muslce....my body fat is 12%... also i would liketo get more ripped..I weigh 190 lbs right now?.....I have always had a hard time putting on weight naturally.....my nutrition as far as my eating/ and protein in take is good..i am lifting really hard and doing cardio just about everyday....I do alot of olympic lifting...in my sport i need to be flexible,and explosive....so i cant get to big or slow..does anyone have any suggestions on enhancing supplments?...or anything that can help me?...thanks

how can you loose 50 pounds in one month buddy? im just curious because id like to loose 30 pounds before school gets out (june 15th) and i could use some help. lol.
