Default Advice for begineer, bulk or cut?

Hello everyone,
This is my first post so I wanted to say hello to everyone.
I have a problem, I have been fighting with body fat for 5 months and I managed to cut down to 12.5%, this is my first adventure with the gym. Now the question is, should I keep cutting or start bulking?
parameters:
height: 6.4 ft
weight : 214 lb
body fat: 12.5 - 13.0%
waist circumference: 34.6 in
neck: 16 in
biceps: 15.75 in

Hey man. Not too many people on this site. I was a member a long time ago ( Talo ) just came back to check out my old stuff, lol. Don?t see much action but seen this.

Simple answer is do what you feel like doing. It?s hard to be in a calorie deflect for a very long time. Maybe switch up for winter and add in cals and train hard. Keep it clean and you will lose fat while putting on muscle

I would like to show you a cool thing for people who play sports.
Is this the heavy mug (heavymug.co/) Ronnie Coleman advertises? This is a great gift for an athlete.

If you are truly 12.5% body fat and a beginner, that is far leaner than the majority of the population. I would recommend you bulk as you still have yet to achieve the majority of your gains. For more beginner tips, I highly recommend you check out Dynamic Dreams Fitness. Their focus is primarily on workout advice for beginners. Here is the link if you want to check it out: https://dynamicdreamsfitness.com/
