Was able to deadlift 295lbs 3x3 today. Will go for 300lbs next monday! wheww!!

The stats I gave you months ago were inaccurate in the deadlift department. I was doing 265lbs.

Some of the others may have already said this (haven't read all the comments), but getting your diet in order is the main thing you need to do to lower your body fat level.
