Default after stickies

ok after i have read the stickies i'm between german training for mass and something else
day1 push(chest,frond delts,quads,calves,triceps)
day2 off
day3 pull(back,hams.traps.side back delts,biceps.abs.forearms)
day4 off
day5 push
day6 off
day7 off
day8 pull

which one and how many sets for mass??
