hey all,
currently i train with an odd split. my work schedule demands that i can only go two days in a row, with two days off with no end of that cycle in sight.
so, i usually try to rotate: back/forearms/bi/, chest/tri, and quads/hams/calfs.
i do about 12 sets total, consisting of 3 different exercises for back, and 3 sets for forearms and 3 more for bis.
chest/tri day i do about 12 sets total, consisting of 3 different exercises for chest, and about 6 sets total consisting of 2 different exercises for tris.
leg day i do 5 sets for each for quads, hams and calves. i've been taking it slow with legs due to lower back pain, subing front squats for full squats.
now, i read the 'why aren't you growing sticky' and noted this:
Quote:
4) Training a bodypart once per week (and one bodypart per day) is one of the worst ways to train.

my main concern with full body work is that i don't have access to lots of nutrional food (due to deployment), so i don't want to get to where i'm not fully recovering from my workouts.
i'm not, nor do i plan to be, a professional bb'er, but i would like gain more muscle.
i've been working out regularly again for 4 months, am 6"1' and 215, roughly 20% bf..
one more question i had: what is a good vitamin supplement? i'm guilty of using a one a day..
