Hi guys, I wonder if some one here can explain to me how to do this exercise the right way and maybe show me a couple of pictures (which is really what I am after).. I been looking online for them but only find "one-arm side laterals".. Thank you....
One more thing, did anyone here saw the Sep. 2005 Flex Magazine issue "X-man Program" and if you did what do you think about it? Because I am thinking about starting it... If some one doesnt have the issue let me know and I could post the Exercises, sets, reps and days to be performed
