Ladies and gents are very own Anuj doing JS Rows
|
actually, my form is way off. your back must not be rounded. it must be parallel to the floor at all times.
you dont need to do JS Rows. you can do regular bent over barbell rows as well :) |
That was a pretty bad row. I think he's improved since then or at least I hope so :D

Dam, then get another vid up anuj, your killing me bro :biglaugh:
|
Well, I'll find something to nit-pick on any vid he puts up :biglaugh:. But I nit-pick myself even worse.
Here is my advice (for OP). Since you are already embarking on this high volume heavy loading scheme, don't try a row you don't know how to do. Pick the row you are familiar with and comfortable with. Don't try to learn it in the middle of a program like this. At this point the exercise you know and can do correctly at these volumes and aggresive loading is much better than the one you've never heard of. And if anybody tells you different they are WAY off base. |

oh, well thats pretty much what i've been doing, awesome!
|
I thought that was a Pendlay row? I've been doing the off the floor rows like that and I've been calling them P.Rows... Am I mistaken?
|
Yes of course they're from the floor. It's just that the form was not good. At all :)
Oh, P.S. Anuj said JS rows. Same thing. Is that what your were referring to? |
