You misunderstood what I wrote in the sticky, btw. The purpose of that was to emphasis the importance of IMMEDIATE first aid. I meant if you hurt your arm, for instance, DURING a workout, you need to stop right away and begin first aid, immobilize the area, etc. To minimize further damage, bleeding, etc.
I didn't mean you could never work your legs if you had an upper body injury. It depends on what the injury is.
