Default Back excercies?

As far as back excercies right now I am doing:
Lat pull downs, Seated rows & Peck Deck (Hammer machine)

Are there any "better" back excercise I should do?

-Thanks, Pete.

Default back exercises

A couple of the ones I like are BB Rows, great for adding mass. T-Bar rows are great as well.

In addition to rows, pullups are along the same lines as a lat pull down, but better in my opinion.

Finally, another great option is to do dumbell pullovers on a decline bench.....nice stretch, nice burn.

Finally, the mother of all back/total body development are deadlifts. These must be added to your routine at some point.

Pull-ups and Deadlifts should be the base of your back work. These trigger all of the main muscles in the back. Also, try adding some weighted back curls and reverse flies.

be wary not to overtrain. be patient and take rest days religously and in time the gains will come. the hardest part is having the discipline to give yourself enough time to recover after a hard workout.

Default Pech deck

Yes if you use it facing out or away from the equipment.
If you put your chest or face it, you work your back.
You have to move the "pins" to the furthest in position.

why not try 1 arm dumbell rows, great for lower lats, also try these on a low pully machine.

The exercises I like are,pull ups,seated pulley rows,1 arm d/bell rows.

Lat pull downs are OK, but I'd rank rack pulls or deadlift as more important exercises for building overall mass and thickness. As someone else mentioned, barbell rows are good, too. Think compound movements--exercises that work several muscles, and think pulling. Anytime you pull you're going to be working your back. Pushing or peck deck is more for the chest.
