lat pull dwns. wide gip . mid grip. close grip. reverse grip
bent over rows. straight arm back extention.
ur back is huge one of the only muslces u can do so many work outs on.its like a kid in a cady store whe its back day and u walk into the gym. i like that. some one should quote me. lol
im starting to think im waistig my time replying to these posts.....
