Default Back into lifting, need advice.

Hey guys, i used to be really into bodybuilding and this forum. I was real hyped and started seeing some nice gains, Then started doin alot of drugs and fucking up my life. I've now stopped all the BS and trying to get back into it.
i have a few quick questions if anyone could give me some advice.

Info:
Age 16
weight 150
hieght 5'10"

Goal: Im trying to gain muscle and trying to keep a 6 pack at the same time, Trying to get stronger without bulking basicly.

Eatting: I've really lowered all the bad food intake.
Ive started eatting Alot of patatos, i like patatos, i cut them into fry shape and i put them in the oven, is it healthy to eat 2-3 patatos a day?

I eat alot of fruit and drink alot of water every day, i dont eat very much veggies. I only eat chicken.

Protien: I just bought some protien from the store. I have never taken any protien supplements before. I just bought a thing of TopCare Whey soy choclate protien powder. I was wondering how i should be taking it, Before work out?, after?, durring?. how much. how often ect... if im trying to drop weight and chizzle out my six pack should i still take protien supp.?

I'm hoping for some good advice, please help me out.
Cody
