hi everyone,

ive been trying to hunt for a description for this exercise and to no avail...maybe (and most probably) ive been going at it wrong but can someone please tell me what a Power Curl is???

the key thing you want to watch for...is to just round the utmost shit out of your lower back.

conquer that...and you have conquered the power curl.

That looks like a real good way to hurt yourself. Why not just deadlift, and then curl?

i think everyone just wants to be some sort of fitness guru. so they just think of a bunch of stupid stuff to do.
