Matt, get a video of you doing squats. This is the 21st century. Get a video. It will be the only way anyone here can come close to telling you where you're messing up.

So, get a vid ASAP...

I will get that video, but i do think pity is right when he says its normal soreness, its the third time ive ever done sqats and i did 5/5 with 110kg (220)

The third time you ever done squats with 5x5 at 110kg?
That is pretty goddamn heavy for your third ever time of doing them.

LOL...i am sensing a half squat right now. Unless you weigh like 300 lbs in which case doing a 200 lbs squat isn't all that unbelievable. Put up a vid. Lets see your form.
