Bench press tricks?
Has anyone tried doing benchpress, or dumbell presses, with partial reps, where your upper arms are parallel w/ your chest? I had heard that they focus more on the chest, until I tried them last night-trust me, they work (at least for me)! Also, since I learned about it, I have started squeezing the bar tightly. I maxed out the other day on bench, and I was happy w/ my results!! I've also done Dumbell presses while lying on the floor, to only use the pecs. Do you guys know of any other tricks?
