need help with traps
how do u get big traps , please any help will be grately apreciated, what is the best exercise for huge traps, thanks.

Stop doing the shrugs, they are not worth they it. Up your dead lift weight.

Shrugs would be a supplement to deads if you really want to do them.
BTW, big traps look ridiculous if you don't have the body to match.
