Make sure your diet is on track man! At a young age, don't worry too much about supplements. Make sure you're getting enough energy from whole natural foods. They'll go a lot further. Remember, they're called "supplements" for a reason - Eat lots of greens and drink plenty of water.

You're soon going to be in a prime stage for building muscle. May as well get a head start!
