Default Bicep Plateu

I have a very low attchment on my biceps and they seem to have stopped growing. Does anyone have some good tips to put more mass on my arms knowing they are a very long muscle and low attachment. I am 30 years old, 5 foot 150lbs. 10-12% bf. Any training tips or supps suggestions?

21's rule. Great idea for a change up. I like to throw those in about every three months.

i would not pay too much attention to specific bicepc movements, just try to increase your total-body mass, rely more on heavy back-exercises like chins, rows, curl gripp chins, and just add some sets for biceps but don´t overtrin them, most people just overrate rhe importance of specific biceps training

I invented 21's. Actually, it was 24's. The guy who stole my idea was a wimp and couldn't go up to eight. Plus he had a gambling problem.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

You gain 1 inch of your arm respectively for every 15 lbs you gain.

Of course LBM is factored into the equation, but you need to gain weight and increase your pull poundages: pullups, rows, and curls to get big biceps.

I was being facetious but you're welcome for any pain I have inflicted

The idea that there is a direct correlation, in terms of inches between lean body weight and arm size is nonsense. How in the world can you back up a statement like that?

Yes, you can't expect to have huge arms and a small body but you can't plug it into an equation. Where does this stuff come from? Besides...it's 16.347 pounds to 1 inch.
