Maybe try changing up your routine or the grip that you are using. i just started doing 21's and i am liking them. starting to see changes in my biceps.

21's rule. Great idea for a change up. I like to throw those in about every three months.

i would not pay too much attention to specific bicepc movements, just try to increase your total-body mass, rely more on heavy back-exercises like chins, rows, curl gripp chins, and just add some sets for biceps but don´t overtrin them, most people just overrate rhe importance of specific biceps training
