Question chest size

hi frens,need some advice or tips.
few months ago i reduce my weight and became thin and the chest size reduce a bit,but still look bulging and not in shape
my chest is not in proper shape,i dont know wether i should do incline bench or decline to shape it.
i also dont know which is the best way to grip the barbell.some people advice to hold with all fingers at one side and some advice thumb aside and rest of the fingers aside.is my chest not in shape bcoz of the grips.

i attach my photo,pls advice wether i should do incline/decline
