Default Summer Training Workout

Hi guys,

Has any of you seen the training plans of the Prozis Summer Body competition?

I was thinking about participating in the Makeover competition and try to win the trip to Las Vegas, but right now I’m following a training plan and I don’t know if I’d do the right thing changing it.

Of course it’s good to change for the better, that’s why I’d like to know if anyone has checked their plans. Btw, I’m thinking about following the basic program for building muscle and increasing definition.

What do you think?

Persons who are of good health, suspect of their health or are aware of any conditions, physical deficiencies or diseases should always consult a physician before undertaking any eating or exercise program.

it's good to change it up. If you switch your plan and setup, you will get more out of exercise by changing your routine. Your body will adjust to it.
