To answer the question I believe you were asking - No.

Your Bicep only moves in a curl motion there is no other specific exercises you can do for it.

But there is 75 different ways to curl.
one arm cable curls
concentration curls
negative reps on curls
21's for barbell curls
sllooowwww repping your curls
Heavy Barcurls
Strict bar curls
Bar curls with wrists down
Bar curls where you drag the weight up your body
EZ bar curls
preacher curls
dumbell curls
seated dumbell curls
seated dumbell curls weights out at a 90 degree angle
etc.

The bicep works through elbow extension. A curl involves elbow extension. Rows do. Chins do. Pulldowns do. Even upright rows to some extent. Of course there are more things than just curl variations that hit you bi's.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

Whatever, man.

I think it's a matter of viewpoint and thinking. I happen to view the chins as a specific bicep exercise depending on a persons routine and how it fits in. It just so happens they are a premeir back developer too It already sounds like he has a list of bicep curls.

Whatever man?

A quick lesson in comprehension. Luckily I excelled at school in this subject and I can shed some light. (If only my typing was as good).

Chins are not a SPECIFIC bicep exercise if it also targets the back, that makes it a compound movement.

Curls are specific in that they work the bicep specifically.

My photo alone should show that I know what I talk about somewhat.

Where's the edit function?

Apologies reading that again it comes across a bit rude - that wasn't the intention, more sarcasm is what I was after, a form of jumour appreciated by English, Irish and Australians.

Sorry I didn't mean whatever man in a dismssive way. Now that I look at it that is pretty rude. I just meant whatever way you look at it.

Theres a minimum amount of posts, 50, before we can edit. It's just there to prevent the "drive bys" where people post a question or something and then delete it all later.

Yes, but not as important as a strong back.
