3 years... but that of course includes the stereo typical bench press and curl phase ... then the horrible summer without training etc. diet and traing have increased in quality along the way.

I'm sure you have plenty of room to grow...very likely more than 10lbs per year. 5-10lbs of lean mass is typical of more advanced trainees, I think.
