Absolutlely..looks good. Lee Brown is one of the editors of Conditioning for Strength and Human Performance...he's a kinesiology prof. at CSU I think. He's the editor of the book you purchaed and it should have sections from various contributers. Looks like a good choice although it may not cover all the bases like bioenergetics, in depth.

Yeah a number of people have contributed to the book ( such as William Kraemer and Sagir Bera). Lee Brown is the current president of NSCA, a USA weightlifting coach, and a pro of kinesiology at California State Uni. And upto now its good imformative book, only cost £14, thats about $20.
