Default Bulk or tone out?

Hi, Im new to the forum, basically clueless about body building, i thought it was so easy, just work out, but now i learn, Eat this, Eat that, Drink this, ive always been a healthy eater and always pretty lean, I been working out at the gym for 6 months now, about 3-4 times week.

Ill take any advice you can give.
My biggest problem is trying to deside if i should continue to try and stay lean or bulk up?

I am currently eatting lots of Whole wheat bread, eggs, chicken, peanut butter, milk, water (5-6 liters or so a day) I avoid all sweets and sugars
I am almost 16 years old and i plan on wrestling next year.
I am 5'10
I do about 150+ sit ups a day
3x10 chin ups (unassisted)
3x10 each arm curls of 25 lbs
4x10 legpress 180lbs
4x10 elevated pushups
and a few machines

Help me out guys. I need all the advice and critique i can get

I am a beginner ill hit me with all you got :]]]]
