You can lean/clean bulk and stay pretty lean. Read the stickies in the nutrition forum, especially the "How to bulk" sticky. You need to be doing the heavy compound movements. Squats, deadlifts, bench press, rows, etc. Read the "Why aren't you growing??" sticky in the training forum also. Those two threads will be the most beneficial.
