Thanks tons, From what i have herd, Its in my genes, My dad, all his brothers were good at football, They were all big tho, Combined with my moms "Lean" gene i think that im a little bit muscular and lean at same time. On the other hand my older brother was a pretty big boy, he was always a little chubby but when he got into working out he turned it all into muscle and after 3 years of lifting his bench press was 375. When i can only do about 135 or 140 thats pretty impressive to me :]].

My daily intake on calories is >1000. All i do is eat healthy and drink alot of water, will this get me bigger yet a bit of muscle too?

Your diet isn't healthy. Read the stickies like I suggested in an earlier post in this thread.
