im in a bit of a situation and i cant decide what the best thing to do is
i have a good upper boddy but its my thigh area where theres a bit of fat.. now when i work out i usually focus on upper body and never do squats/deadlifts as many trainers reccommend simply because i think it wil just make my legs bigger which i dont want.. id rather they be a bit more proportionate to the upper body
should i do cardio and weight train.. how can i get rid of the fat around the thighs while at the same time getting big?
