Ya, the single one is the triangle,
|
I am still lost.
|
I've created nothign but confusion so I'll just restart by re-asking my initial Q? hopefully worded a lil better.
When doing seated low rows do you prefer to use triangle or the 2 D rings, and if you use the D rings do you hold them so there parrell with the ground or at a 90 angle with the ground |
I think I'm more confused than before...90 degrees w/ the ground.
Are you talking about these kinds of rows: http://www.exrx.net/AnimatedEx/BackG...BSeatedRow.gif |
ya almost exactly, exexpt the one i use has two seprate cables u connect the handle(s)too and each cable is connected to a seprate stack off weights so i'm sure it was desinged to use two seprate D rings handles but ive seen lifters with more experience then me using it with both
|
Not sure still, but I'll try...
I understand kinda what you are saying. The two stacks are used because it holds more weight. I myself always use two seperate handles because I can pull further in stimulating muscle harder. Nothing advanced about it. You can use more weight with the v-handle, but the two seperate handles gives me a better workout. |
I still don't understand the 90-degree-to-the-floor thing.

this was a test. moderator please delete this

I think he means do you hold them ____ that way or | that way and if so i'm not sure it would make a difference.
