My wife has gained 9lbs in 4 months while losing 3% bodyfat (from 19% to 16%). And she doesn't produce very much testosterone

EDIT: she's lost about 1lb of fat overall or something like that. So I guess she hasn't lost much flub. Just gotten dense.

in my case, i started at this new gym in the beginning of June, they ran all my stats on weight, bf%, ect

by the 1st week of september i lost 8lbs of fat and gained 9lbs of muscle... went from 23.5% to 20% (yea, i kno.. it still bad, but im also working in a hospital and still a full time 18credit student)

Nothing wrong with that , atleast your moving in the right direction.

In order to lose bf while gaining muscle you have to train hard and have a good diet. TCD or keto works great

^^ I'd suggest organic bull droppings and goats testicals over L-carnitine, and protien suppliments.

But thats just me.
