I do push-ups at wake up and lights out and pull-ups at wake up and sit-ups at both every day. Part of my military bacground that I cant give up. Should not hurt. But to improve them is to do it slow, really, old Marine Corp idea still in today to up your numbers is to add one per day. Day one due one, day two due two and so on till you can do 400 without stopping.
