dangit man... please, do yourself a favor, give a lil more info. I believe in the sticky it says to give some sort of stats...

You said you are in HS... how often do you hit the gym? I would suggest Max-OT. 0311 is also doing Max-OT, he has a journal on here, he also posted a few workouts. Do a search under his profile to check them out. Here is a link to sign up for a free breakdown, or take 0311s and put in your weights. http://www.ast-ss.com/max-ot/max-ot_intro.asp
You are still developing and have a lot of energy/potential now. So get at it. Max-OT is on 5 days a week for the first 6 weeks abouts.

How often do you get to the gym? Lifting heavy goes towards the goal of getting bigger, or getting cut. It depends on your diet what happens...

I recommend you go to www.bodybuilding.com and go to training. It has alot of different routines. Everyone's different so find one that works.

I just hate that website for some reason, their stuff is too darn expensive compared to BN or Nutraplanet.

TISK TISK TISK APOC... sry caps............. hes asking for workout info and you talk about prices ther... you crazy ass, dont make me come over there and knock your keyboard out of your post whore hands....

Ok im done messin now. as far as supps tho, i like ther prices at vitaplus.net also. Eddie is cool and they are forever runnin 20% offs, and free cee. limited items though. sesathin for $20+ free ship. vasopro for $7 or so after discount....

OK, for workouts. Learn the main compound movements. Squat, deads, pullups/chins, cleans, bench, dips, curl (hammer/straight and ez), and presses.

Learn proper form and gain some mass. forget about targeting main muscles right now and go for full body. If it is for football, then maybe try some explosive movements.

hahaha, Il go with. I wanna go to Toronto and Montreal. Every other day I listen to partyradio.ca for my music, and they always play commercials for clubs in toronto. It would be a good time.
Oh, and now there is a post in th training section that has a bunch of different workouts.
Natural progression?
1. Learn movements, and major excercises as stated above.
2. Dogccrap, or Max-Ot
3. HIT HST
4. any other ones to try for 6weeks.

It is good to change routines every few weeks, for me it has been from 6-12 weeks. But give each one at least 6 weeks. Just to see how they go.
Any way you go, you should be lifting heavier by the 6th week.

I am going to be on Max-OT for the next 8 weeks about, so I will probably go HST to see how it is, then West Side afterwards. Everyone reacts differently to different styles. Iv really like d everything Ive been doing. Max-OT. I have increased weights greatly over the past 4 weeks.
It is well drawn/layed out
