2691 Calories/day

So I guess that other one I found was to gain.. LOL

yep...same here....but i've learned from personal experience that right around 3k calories maintains my weight...even though one calculator said like....1700.

I found the thing..

It's the Harris Benedict Calculator, and I need 3200 to maintain my weight, 3700 to add a pound a week (of muscle?)

I always use this site:
http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm
If you click the "advanced options" text, it will allow you to choose the formula you want to use. The Mifflin-St Jeor formula is more accurate than the Harris-Benedict formula.

i think the mifflin one is the one that gave me like 1700 calories...way off

1700 for fat loss...2100 for maintenance. i would die eating that little.

You & I both....

If you use the link I posted above, will it still give you the same calories (2100)? If you have a good guesstimate of your BF%, then that would probably be best.

yeah, that link gave me 2100... the harris benedict gave me 2800 when i originally tried it with the formula in the how to bulk thread....which is closer to the troof.
