Yes, and it's a good idea. You are eating to get big, but you don't want to dump on tons of fat. Morning cardio will help in that area. You don't need much more than about 30 minutes on non training days to keep the body fat in check. You don't have to kill yourself either. Some interval training will work wonders for you.

It is definitely possible to do cardio and gain mass but you just have to be smart about it. For myself, I lift in the morning followed quickly by a good protein shake (there are a lot of them out there) and save cardio for later in the day. Just make sure you have your priorities straight and if you want to gain mass lift heavy. I recommend 5x5 as this program has increased my strength tremendously and mass followed the strength. Just my 2 cents.
