Default correct term for captain's chair leg raise and is it better than twisted crunches?

what is the correct name for this excercise?

btw i modified it a bit by adding the twist motion in it is this alright?

and is this better than twisted cruches?

like after trying it today i feel like my whole abs been worked but crunches .... i can onli feel it on my upper abs

nvm i found the correct term - Vertical Leg-Hip Raise

but apparently it works ur hips as well..... so is doing this gunna get me more redefined abs?
