I agree with just about everything I read on here, but I have a question:
Is there a loss of gains by doing your cardio right after you lift?
Because I box, I'm used to doing a lot of cardio type movements through out my week. I sometimes will go to the gym, lift, and do my cardio right after I lift (except on LEG DAYS! NO DAMN WAY!)
I can't really tell if I'm losing gains because of it, since you can't really gauge what you've lost if you never had it. (I think that makes sense)
I have noticed one thing, if I work arms and then do cardio on a stepper or a tredmill, the pump I had in my arms dissapears mighty damn quick. Even if I'm loaded with creatine. Hmmm...I may have just answered my own question. Still...due to time restraints, I'm probably going to do some of my cardio right after work outs. I have the type of body that can put on fat and muscle very quickly. (The muscle part I don't mind so much
) and if I don't keep my cardio up (like 3 or 4 times a day) I put on fat around the waist.
Any tips or advice would be appreciated.
Thanks guys
