Default Change of Routine

Hi all,
i start hitting gym to get in shape and for fat lose i was using gym from our company andinstructor there give me a workout routine 2 muscles a day and 4 days workout 3 days rest routine i started this gym before 1 and half month i didint really feel the difference in apperance but i feel stronger. But now that gym has been closed and i join another gym and theinstructor there is professional bodybuilding trainer and nutritioner i discuessed with him about my routine he refused and said for some months i have to workout all my body muscles daily to lose fat and gain strength in your muscles. 1 or 2 muscle daily is for professionals you have to clean your body 1st so workout all your muscle daily and gave me workout shcedule
Chest, back, bicep, tricep, shoulder, legs & abs he said i have to do daily 2-3 exercises for each muscle
My question is following this kind of routine? i can do it but what about the muscle growth as i heard that each muscle needs 24-48 hours to recover so is it a good idea ?
