Default Chest work out and prev. Shoulder injury

I have had 2 operations on my shoulder. I use Msm/gluc/chon. tablets and fish oil. I do not do any barbell chest, or behind the neck, etc. I always warm up properly and My shoulder continues to hurt. What else can I do?

What were the operations for/on specifically? What part of the shoulder is bothering you? What kind of pain is it?

What does your Physical Therapist say to do? And if you don't have one that means you must go see one or have you doctor look at it.

My doctor told me to have another surgery, and basically told me to stop working out. "just do light weight". Yeah thats going to happen. I tried physical therapy to no avail. Every time I start going heavy again it become real painful

Agreed. Be careful so you don't have permanent damage keeping you out of the gym.

You will definitely be able to improve things...although you'll most likely never be 100% back to normal. It's just a question of how much you can improve.

I have had a few injuries and while those areas will never be completely 100% I have made adjustments to improve those areas as much as I can and am still going strong.

Take care of yourself and don't go nuts trying to get into the gym.
