I give you credit for even making it to the gym on Christmas, that by itself is an accomplishment no matter your workout.

Now just go home drink a jug off eggnog and down some christmas cookies so you can feel bad about yourself like the rest of us (or at least me).

I didn't workout on Christmas, but I did run a little in the morning on Christmas eve and then I got my Pectorals and Arms workout in around 11 that night.

For the leg press, is that the sled that allows everyone to load a shitload of weight on? I'm asking because there's a lot of different kinds, some that are harder than others. I prefer the one that has a little more ROM than the fixed one. Bad description, but I'll try and find pics. What do you prefer?

You may be referring to the cybex leg press machine, which gives a "truer" range of motion, much like the squat. The leg press machine I used for this workout comes down at a 45 degree angle. Straight up and down. I have not encountered any two leg press machines that have the same resistance angle.

On the leg press, I like keeping my feet a little wider than shoulder width to get a deeper range of motion. For hacks, I do them heels together with a "duck" stance.
