Default College Basketball Workout

I have been working out for college basketball, however I have been doing some pretty simple exercises..Tricep Dips, Bench Press, Bicep Curls, Tricep Pull-downs, Lat Pull-downs, etc. I just need to know why I'm not seeing any results. It has been around 2 months now and I don't feel stronger.

Also, I have Vanilla Mass XXX and this other walmart brand of chocolate whey protein. Which should I take, and how do I make Vanilla Mass XXX taste better? I'm 6'3 and weigh 165..Please help me gain weight and make Mass XXX taste better, even if it's adding ice cream or something! Thanks so much!

Default seeing results

I can tell you without looking at anything else you need to eat more. Vanilla protein shakes very easily become meal replacements by adding oats & 2 tbspn natty peanut butter. You can also add frozen fruits (blueberries, raspberries) to even out the taste.

I'm assuming by "not seeing results" you are trying to gain mass. To effectively gain mass, you can eat 500 calories over your maintenance level if you know what that is. If not, eat 15 - 17 calories/ body lbs. In addition, shoot for 1.5 - 2 g of protein for every lbs you wiegh, 100 g of carbs daily and > 15% of your daily macros should come from healthy fats.

If for some reason you do all that and still aren't seeing it, add 10% to your calories a week until you're getting the results you want. Remember though, it's a marathon, not a sprint. After 2 months, most won't see tremendous results, but stick with it and you'll get to your goals.

Thank you very much! Again, though, what do you think I should add to the Vanilla Mass XXX? Grains and fresh fruit?

If it's a weight gainer, I'd just add frozen/fresh fruit. If it's simply a vanilla protein, you can make it a gainer by adding oats + natural peanut butter.
