Well I see that you solved your problem but since this question wasn't answered, the answer is it will not affect you much at all in the long run. 5 minutes later, 30 minutes later, 45, an hour is not going to amount to a whole heck of a lot of difference in the long run. That whole thing was blown out of proportion. I know...I was one of the persons who helped blow it up..if only be discussing it incessantly.
Pre-workout is probably more important anyway but nutrient timing in general has been completely hyped beyond any reality. That is, any reality that we currently have the ability to perceive, lol.
