Thumbs up Cross Training

What do you all think of cross training?
In the past I used to combine my training Powerlifting Bodybuilding & Muay Thai Kickboxing.
I have also followed the split routine mixing weight training exercises with bodybuilding exercises. And would also include Muay Thai in my training after my weight training sessions.
I found this was an excellent way of training for strength muscularity & explosiveness. Powerlifting is also excellent for overall strength.
If you want a stronger Bench Press do lots of: Squats, Clean & Jerk, & Deadlifts in your training routine.
I currently Deadlift 450 pounds Bench Press 275 pounds & Squat 200 pounds.
I wish at times my squats was stronger but it will come again.
