Hello,
I am new here and a rookie so be aptient I am learning.I am 32 yrs old 6 foot 1 tall and weigh about 280.I did weigh 315 so I think I am doing something right. My question is I have a gut and man boobs and want to know the best workout or the best exercise I can do to get rid of this..I have been lifting and riding bike at the gym and lost 35 lbs, but I wanna loose more.I have roumatoid arthritis from head to toe therefore my joints arent very strong and I have morning stiffness problems.bone and joint pain has decreased since I have started working out but still there. My main concern is what can I do to get rid of the man boobs and the spare tire.I would like to find a better diet but dont know where to start.I have been eating better then in the past but still need help with diet.I work night and have a phsically and mentally demanding job plus the hours I work dontg help much.Thx for any advice!!!!
