Default Cutting help

Hey all im currently trying to start a cutting diet any ideas ? i want simple but not plain as i get bored with food easy lol

Im at 15% bf at mo but wanna reach 10-12 % by september
i weigh 200lbs, 182 centimetres tall, 34 inch waist
i swim 4 days a week at 7.30am for 40-60 mins (this is all the cardio i do so i need more ?
and weight train 4-5 days a week at 19.00

Monday: Back and biceps
Tuesday: Legs
Wednesday: Chest and Triceps
Thursday: Shoulders and Abs
Friday: Legs again
Saturday: Rest
Sunday: Rest


My current Diet consists of:

morning: Muesli (no added sugar or salt) with skimmed milk and a protein shake

meal 2: Protein bar

Lunch: sandwhich(granary bread) with tuna (extra light mayo)

meal 4: pecan chisp (cereal with pecan nuts and maple syrup:S) plus skimmed milk

dinner: meat with potatoes (mashed or just boiled) and peas

meal 6: protein shake and fat free bio yogurt



any help with be appreciated cheers ^^
