i do both, but most of the time they touch the floor.

i think i'll have to reduce the weight if its meant to touch the floor :(

Itll benefit you in the long run in strength. I liken it to doin half squats. Sure you can do more weight but youre not getting the full benefit and its hard on your knees. Also, I too have a very touchy back and if I do just one wrong, Im out for a week. If I start from the floor everytime, I can concentrate on form.

As a comedian you have to start a show strong and end the show strong. Those are the two key elements. You can't be like pancakes, all exciting at first but at the end you're f*cking sick of them!
